I am Stephanie Mason, founder of the Mum Luv Method.
I'm the mum of 2 beautiful boys and have 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer and 10 years as a Nutritionist.
My passion is to help women like you improve their self esteem through building healthy habits.
Getting healthy doesn't happen through restrictive diets and cardio, this most often has the opposite impact and creates overwhelm.
Getting healthy is the result of cultivating self worth and then taking sustainable positive action from that place.
If we love and care for ourselves, our actions towards our health will reflect this.
I help women through mindset and lifestyle coaching as well as simple tools and practices that help us consistency build habits that support a better quality of life.
Mostly I help women feel capable in their ability to overcome the challenges we face in a health journey so they can confidently explore different ways to move and nourish their bodies that they love!
