THRIVE can be completed in your own time. You can choose to start whenever it suits you and you can go through it in your own time.

You will receive 30 days access to the mini course via a link in your email. The lessons can be accessed through the Kajabi app 

Each lesson will include a short video packed with valuable information around transforming your body and mind, how to gain more health and build habits that will serve you for life as well as a daily practice to complete.

Each of these pillars comes with a lesson and some practical tasks for you to complete.

After you finish the THRIVE Mini Course, the goal will be that you're on the path to finding your way towards a healthier you.

You will learn that it's not about "the one and only way to health", your health journey is unique for you and only you. THRIVE will teach you how to find your way.
