Outdoor Group Workouts for Mums
Looking for a way to move your body, get outdoors, and connect with other mums? You’re invited to join us at Fit Club — with your first two weeks completely FREE.
Whether it’s been years since you last exercised or you’ve already been doing some workouts, these sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at. Held under cover, with facilities on site and plenty of space for kids to run around (or for little bubs to stay close by), you’ll feel welcomed and supported.
Come join us for some connection, movement, and a little fun. 💜 Got a mum friend who might be keen? Bring her along — the more the merrier!


What to Expect
One session per week for 2 weeks — totally free!
Held at Rocks Riverside Park, under a large shaded area with plenty of parking.
1-hour group workout followed by time to chat, unwind, and connect with other mums.
A supportive, kid-friendly space, bring your bub, toddler, or older kids along
Suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting out or more advanced, with guidance from an experienced Personal Trainer.

Essentials is designed for busy mums and gives you continued access to Fit Club (one session per week), along with daily support and encouragement to kick-start your health journey. You’ll also receive practical tools around exercise, nutrition, mindset, and self-care — all with a focus on building habits that last.
