What are CLUBS?
Once you join one of our ongoing group programs, you’re not just getting workouts — you’re stepping into a vibrant community. Our CLUBS are little pockets of connection, variety, and joy that support your health far beyond exercise. They’re where friendships form, encouragement flows, and you find fresh ways to care for yourself at every stage of your journey.
You can join as many or as few as you like — they’re here to meet you where you’re at. Sometimes you might want to sweat, other times you might crave a walk, a chat, or the inspiration that comes from learning something new about health and wellbeing. Whatever you need, there’s a place for you here.

Weekly:
• Fit Club – Kid-friendly group fitness designed to meet you at your current level and challenge you as you grow. From bodyweight workouts to lifting weights and building core strength, we’ve got you covered at every stage of your fitness journey.
• Walk Club – Riverside walks and chats, kid-friendly, and the perfect way to move your body while connecting with other mums.

• Book Club – A live online meetup where we explore books and podcasts on health and wellbeing — and grow together through meaningful conversation.
• Food Prep Workshop – A live online workshop where you’ll learn how to meal plan and prep like a pro, saving time, money, and energy while nourishing yourself and your family.
• Social Club –Each month we gather for something fun and social — like hiking, high tea, or a group playdate. It’s a chance to connect, share laughter, and build friendships.
