I’m on a mission to help mums feel strong, supported, and in control of their health — and I believe community is the cornerstone of that journey. I'm so thrilled you’ve joined us.


Your 2-Week Pass

You now have access to one group workout per week for 2 weeks, starting from your first session.

Current sessions:
🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:00am
📍 Rocks Riverside Park – Entrance undercover area

There are toilets right next to our workout space, heaps of parking, and plenty of room for your little ones to play.


A Quick Note About Scheduling

As a fellow mum, I understand how life can be unpredictable! There may be rare occasions when I need to cancel a session or am away. Please keep an eye on your email for updates before each session.


What to Bring

✔ Exercise mat
✔ Activewear
✔ Water bottle
✔ Anything your child may need during the session


What to Expect

Our sessions run for about 90 minutes — that’s 60 minutes of movement, followed by time to connect, chat, and refill your cup. You're welcome to head off right after the workout, or stay for the social time — totally up to you.

Workouts are designed for all fitness levels. With 17+ years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ll guide you with care and meet you exactly where you’re at.

This is a kid-friendly and flexible space. You can move in and out of the workout as needed.
👶 Bubs can stay in a carrier, lie beside you on a mat, or hang out on our shared mat with toys.
🧒 Older kids are free to explore and play close by in the open space.
