What to Expect
Each workshop runs for 2 hours, is kid-friendly, and covers the four key pillars of health:
Nutrition • Exercise • Nervous System • Mindset
These sessions are designed to cut through the confusion and help women gain clarity and confidence in their health. You’ll walk away with practical tools, realistic advice, and the chance to take part in honest, open discussions with other mums.
Connection & Community
Our workshops aren’t just about learning — they’re about connecting. You’ll meet other mums at a similar stage in their journey and have an opportunity to fill your cup through real-life community and conversation.

Workshops are held near Rocks Riverside Park, where we also run our weekly fitness classes.
